Export from FieldPulse
Export customers from the Customers page, estimates and invoices from their respective pages, and jobs via Raw Data reporting under Management → Reporting.
Customer and financial exports are emailed. Jobs export downloads directly.

Select 'FieldPulse' as your source, then upload each CSV file one at a time. Tell us what each file contains.

What doesn't come over
FieldPulse caps what its export includes. None of this blocks you. These are things you set up fresh in SecureCrews as new work comes in.
Quote and invoice line items
FieldPulse's estimate and invoice exports include totals but not individual line items. Your totals import correctly. You'd build line item detail on new work.
Photos and attachments
Photos aren't included in CSV exports. You can upload photos to jobs in SecureCrews after importing.
Internal notes
Notes on customers and jobs aren't included in standard exports. Add them in SecureCrews after importing.
Project structure
FieldPulse's project hierarchy (projects containing multiple jobs) doesn't have a direct equivalent in SecureCrews yet. Jobs import individually.

Jobs aren't on the main export page. Go to Management → Reporting → Jobs → Raw Data Beta → set date range to All → Load Data → Export CSV.
