Export from Housecall Pro
Export your customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, and price book as CSV files. Each export is under the Actions menu or Export button on the respective page.
Exports are emailed to your HCP login email. Takes about 5 minutes.

Upload to SecureCrews
Select 'Housecall Pro' as your source, then upload each CSV file one at a time. Tell us what each file contains (customers, jobs, etc.).
We handle the column matching automatically.

Preview everything
See exactly what will be imported: record counts, sample rows, and any warnings. Duplicate customers are flagged so you can skip them.
Nothing changes until you click Import.

Link invoices to jobs
Our smart matcher auto-links invoices to jobs when there's an obvious match. For clients with multiple jobs, you pick from a simple dropdown.

What doesn't come over
Housecall Pro caps what its export includes. None of this blocks you. These are things you set up fresh in SecureCrews as new work comes in.
Photos and file attachments
Housecall Pro doesn't include photos in CSV exports. You can upload photos directly to jobs in SecureCrews after importing.
Internal notes
Notes on customers and jobs aren't included in HCP's standard exports. You can add notes to any record after importing.
Time tracking history
Timesheet entries aren't part of the standard CSV exports. Job revenue totals are imported. Detailed time history stays in HCP.
