OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, the same encryption used for Social Security numbers and tax documents.
SecureCrews never sees or stores your QuickBooks password. The connection runs on Intuit's OAuth 2.0, so you authorize with Intuit directly.
Revoke access from Settings at any time. SecureCrews calls Intuit's revocation endpoint, then deletes the encrypted tokens from our database.

No. The QuickBooks integration is included on every plan, Standard through Enterprise. No add-on fees, no per-sync charges.
Yes. Desktop users export invoices, estimates, and clients as IIF files and import them into any version of QuickBooks Desktop. CSV export works too. The live push sync is for QuickBooks Online only.
No. The Match and Sync tool pairs your clients to existing QuickBooks customers by email and name before pushing. You review the matches and confirm. If a customer doesn't exist yet, SecureCrews creates one.
Your data in both systems stays intact. Nothing is deleted. The connection tokens are revoked at Intuit and removed from our database. You can reconnect at any time.
Yes. Export is built for the end-of-month workflow: pull all invoices from a date range, hand the file to your bookkeeper, they import into QuickBooks. The live sync also works if your bookkeeper has Office Admin access.
