What comes across

Your customers and work orders, moved over intact

Customers
Names, primary and secondary contacts, phones, emails, billing addresses, service locations, tags, referral sources, and internal notes.
Jobs and work orders
Job numbers, statuses, categories, assigned techs, service addresses, priorities, job descriptions, tech notes, and completion notes.
Service locations
More than one service address per customer. Primary and secondary locations come in with full address detail.
Financial data
Job totals and revenue figures from your Sales Revenue reports. Your revenue history imports for accurate reporting.

Four moves, two exports

No mapping spreadsheet, no onboarding fee, no waiting on a rep. You run it yourself, start to finish.

01
Export your customers

Reports, then Reports Dashboard, List Reports, Customer List, Custom. Select every column, set the date range to All Data, choose Excel, and Generate Report.

Download the customer list. About two minutes.

02
Export your jobs

Reports Center, Sales Revenue, All Sales Ungrouped, Custom. Select every column, check Itemize Job Charge, check all statuses, and Generate Excel.

Download the jobs and work orders report. Another two minutes.

03
Upload both files

Choose Service Fusion as your source and upload both files, or ZIP them together. We detect which file is customers and which is jobs.

No column mapping. We read the Service Fusion format.

04
Preview and commit

See every customer and job in a clean preview with record counts. Confirm it looks right and commit. Seven-day rollback if anything needs fixing.

Full rollback. Nothing is locked in.

The switch, two ways

The importer exists so you never do this by hand. Same data, very different afternoon.

By handSecureCrews importer
Getting the data outRe-enter every customer and job by hand. Two report exports: customers and jobs.
Matching records upPair customers to jobs one at a time. Customers and jobs matched across both exports.
Your custom statusesReset each one from scratch. Common names map automatically, the rest default to Lead.
If something is wrongFix it live in your new account. Seven days to undo the whole import in one click.
What it costsA weekend you do not get back. Zero. The import tool is on every plan.

Straight answer

What Service Fusion's reports leave out

Service Fusion decides what its reports contain. Here is what does not come through the export. None of it blocks the move. You set these up in SecureCrews as you go.

Stays in Service Fusion
Invoice line items
The standard report exports carry totals, not the individual lines. Your job totals import correctly, and you build line detail on new work.
Stays in Service Fusion
Photos and documents
Service Fusion keeps photos and uploaded documents out of CSV exports. You upload photos straight to a job in SecureCrews after the import.
Stays in Service Fusion
Equipment records
Customer equipment, with serial numbers, models, and service history, is a separate export. Equipment data can come in as a follow-up step.
Stays in Service Fusion
Service agreements
Recurring service agreement detail is a separate export. Your customer records import, and agreements can be rebuilt in SecureCrews.
Stays in Service Fusion
Time tracking history
Technician clock-in and clock-out records are not in the standard exports. Job totals include labor. The detailed time log stays in Service Fusion.

Migration questions

Two exports from Service Fusion, about four minutes together. Upload and import in SecureCrews runs under two minutes. Under ten minutes end to end.

No. We read Excel and CSV files you already downloaded. SecureCrews never connects to or touches your Service Fusion account.

Every import has a seven-day rollback window. One click removes every imported record. Nothing is at risk.

Common defaults map on their own: New or Pending becomes Lead, Scheduled stays Scheduled, In Progress stays In Progress, Completed stays Completed, and Cancelled stays Cancelled. Custom statuses map to the closest match.

Service Fusion lets you build fully custom job statuses. We map the common names on their own and default anything unrecognized to Lead, so nothing is lost. You can update statuses after the import.

Yes. It is included on every plan, including the 30-day free trial. It is a way to get you moved over, not a paid add-on.

No. Import into SecureCrews, check that everything looks right, run both systems side by side if you want, then cancel Service Fusion once you are confident.
