Export from JobNimbus
Create Custom Reports for each data type (Contacts, Jobs, Estimates, Invoices). Add all columns, save the report, then export to CSV from the gear icon.
Use 'Add Column' to include every available field before exporting.

Select 'JobNimbus' as your source, then upload each CSV file. Tell us what each file contains: contacts, jobs, estimates, or invoices.

What doesn't come over
JobNimbus caps what its export includes. None of this blocks you. These are things you set up fresh in SecureCrews as new work comes in.
Quote and invoice line items
JobNimbus custom reports export summary rows (totals) but not individual line items. Your totals import correctly. You'd recreate line item detail on new work.
Photos and attachments
JobNimbus allows downloading attachments per-record but has no bulk export. You can upload photos to jobs in SecureCrews after importing.
Internal notes
Notes on contacts and jobs aren't included in report exports. You can add notes to any record after importing.
Time tracking
Timesheet data isn't part of standard report exports. Job revenue totals are imported.

Yes. Any custom fields you've added appear as extra columns in the CSV export. We capture them and store them on the imported records.
JobNimbus uses Contact Type (Lead, Customer, etc.) and Status as required fields. We map these to SecureCrews equivalents during import.
